How Our Wedding DJ Hire Process Works

ENQUIRY

Either via our contact form, or by calling our office, make an enquiry, and we’ll discuss what you want for your dream wedding. We will present a detailed quote for you, including our availability, how we will work on the day and all the costs involved. No hidden surprises for you.

BOOKING

If we tick all your boxes and you approve your quote, we’ll walk you through the whole day. Everything we discuss will be sent to you in writing so you can confirm.

At this time we ask for a 50% deposit to lock us in.

CONSULTATION

4 weeks before the big day, we’ll email you to book a consultation with your wedding DJ. Your DJ will talk through the event with you, create a run sheet, and discuss the main points of the night, such as speeches, dances, music and more.

CONFIRMATION

2 weeks before the big event, your final payment is due. Your DJ will confirm everything on the run sheet. This is when any final changes are made, and any final touches and adjustments can be discussed. It’s also when the excitement starts to build!

 

EVENT DAY

Your DJ arrives 90 minutes before the event to set up. They are with you all night to ensure everything runs smoothly and will pack everything up at the end. All you need to do is enjoy yourself and have the time of your new life.
